Required Files for PCB Layout:
Document 1. Schematic Diagram
Used for netlist generation and PCB interactive design.
Document 2. PCB File
Required for PCB design. The file should include all footprints needed for the schematic. If footprints are missing, provide Document 3 or 4.
Document 3. Footprint Library
Provide the footprint library required for PCB design. The library must contain all footprints specified in the schematic, with matching footprint names. If Document 2 is complete, this can be omitted.
Document 4. Datasheet
If footprints are missing, provide a data manual available for footprint design.
Document 5. PCB Structure Drawing
If the PCB has special outline requirements or components need to be placed in specific positions on the PCB, please provide CAD drawings. If there are limited height/width requirements, specify them in the drawing for our frame definition or component placement. Omit if no structural requirements.
Document 6. PCB Design Requirements Document
The document should include but is not limited to: PCB layer count, board thickness, surface finish, solder mask color; impedance requirements; current/current size information, etc.
